We process the personal data you provide through our forms for the following purposes:

  • To handle your enquiry and send you the information, quote or service you request.
  • To keep a record of the requests received in order to improve the quality of the service.
  • To comply with any applicable legal obligations.

3. Legal basis for processing

The legal basis for processing your data is the express consent you give by ticking the corresponding box on the form and submitting it. You may withdraw that consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out prior to its withdrawal.

Data will be kept for as long as the relationship with the requester lasts and, thereafter, for the legally required periods (a minimum of 5 years under current Spanish commercial and tax legislation). Once these periods have elapsed, the data will be blocked and subsequently deleted.

Click Comunicación will not pass your data on to third parties, except where legally required. Data may be processed by technology providers that supply services necessary for the operation of the site (web hosting, email delivery), always with the appropriate safeguards and under a data processing agreement.

No international transfers of data are made outside the European Economic Area.

Click Comunicación has adopted the technical and organisational measures necessary to guarantee the security of your personal data and to prevent its alteration, loss, unauthorised processing or access, in accordance with the state of the art and the nature of the data.
